First, you get in touch with us to tell us you have a vacancy. We come to visit you in your offices so we can fully understand your business and the role.
Next, we write the job advert, or optimise your advert if you already have one written.
Then we come up with a targeted strategy for where to advertise your role. We have access to multiple job boards, social media platforms, and networking groups.
Using our bespoke recruitment software, we search our databases for great-fit candidates. This complements the advertising
Next comes the screening. We’ll work through all the CVs and applications to make sure they meet the criteria for the long list
We’ll hold pre-interviews for those on the long list so we can narrow down to a short list of perfect-fit candidates.ngths.
This is when we submit our shortlisted CVs to you. We’ll meet with you to discuss each candidate’s suitability.
Once you have approved the final shortlist, we’ll set up the interviews for you.
After the interviews, we’ll check-in with you for feedback and then handle any negotiations and offers.
